Here at the 61C, we pride ourselves on Keith's hard work every morning, baking fresh pastries — Cookies, Scones, Muffins, Danish Squares, you name it. Also, our Croissants seem to be very much desired. One of our favorite stories is the time a customer called and asked if we could hold two croissants for him. We weren't sure if we should be flattered or just think it was a bit odd.
